Keep Calm and Ship On, Operatives!
We understand that shipping your wine during the hotter months directly (not Temperature Controlled) can make you feel a bit uneasy, we get it, but fear not - we now have a very reliable solution for this.
Our shipping partner's expansive network of warehouses across the country allows 99% of our customers to receive their packages within 2-3 days via ground. This coupled with our new and improved packaging and ice packs that now last up to 72 hours, guarantees that your wine will arrive in prime condition.
Here is some further information on the new and improved ice packs.
Points to consider:
Carriers are delivering on the weekends to most of the country - UPS delivers Monday through Saturday while FedEx delivers 7 days a week. No need to ship on Mondays or Tuesdays any longer while assuming that your wine will sit in the back of a non-temperature-controlled truck over the weekend.
Highly recommended Intel:
- We always recommend shipping to a UPS pick-up center or anywhere where someone is available to sign for the package. This will avoid misdeliveries and longer time spent in the back of a non-temperature-controlled truck.
- We highly recommend creating a UPS or FedEx My Choice Membership account (free of charge) and opting in for text or email alerts so you can see your tracking status updates in real-time.
- Ice Packs. We cannot stress the importance of using ice packs to keep your wine in a perfectly controlled climate during the journey and you can simply automatically opt-in during your Checkout Preferences:
