It may take up to 48 hours for your order to process depending on warehouse volume. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number to view transit progress through the carrier's site directly.
Although your package has been given to the carrier, it may take a few days for the package to be scanned into the carrier's system. During this time, your transit progress will show as "Label Created". Rest assured, your package is on the way. If you do not see transit progress after 10 days, please reach out to our customer care teams for assistance.

If your order is shipping in our Temperature Controlled Truck,
please note that your order will not be able to be tracked until we deliver the wine to your preferred carrier.
Once you've received a tracking number, you can also view current transit progress, an estimated delivery date, and make changes to your delivery preferences through the carrier's website directly.

My Package Shows Delivered, but I Can't Find It. What Do I Do?
If your package is showing that it has been delivered through the carrier's website, but you are unable to locate the package:
- Please first check around bushes, patio furniture, or by any back doors (sometimes the carrier will attempt to hide the package to avoid it being stolen).
- Check with your neighbors to see if they might have accidentally received it.
- Check with any front offices associated with your residence.
- If you are still unable to locate your package, please reach out to our customer service team right away.
