In fact, we're so obsessed with the wines we sell that we'd never offer a bottle that didn't meet our tasting panels high standards.
However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with a wine you've received from us, we're here to help. We offer a hassle-free return process where you can either have UPS pick up the remaining bottle(s) or we can send you a return label.
Once we receive the returned wine, we'll issue you a credit or a refund so you can purchase a wine that better suits your taste - no questions asked. Our goal is to ensure that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase, every time
Please follow these steps to return the unopened wine to us:
1) Contact us by starting a new customer service ticket and our staff will process the Call Tag for pick up (or) send you a return label so you can bring the package into UPS/FedEx.
2) Prepare the return by placing the wine in the original wine carton that it arrived in. No need to tape the box back up as UPS will do it for you.
If UPS is picking up the package from an address via Call Tag, the unopened wine must be in a shipper box, and UPS will do the rest of the heavy lifting (they will tape the box back up and attach the return label and have it returned back to our facility).
When a "Call Tag" is created, UPS will attempt to pick up the next business day and will attempt three times. The "Call Tag" will contain a tracking number, like the one below, which will tell you when and if they have attempted the pickup.
