Returns/Call Tag

We stand by each and every one of the wines that we sell and we never sell a wine that we aren't absolutely obsessed with. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with a wine that you received, we can have UPS pick up the remaining bottles or we can send you a return label. We can then issue you a credit or a refund.

Please follow these steps to return the unopened wine to us:

1) Contact us by starting a new customer service ticket and our staff will process the Call Tag.

2) Prepare the return by placing the wine in the original wine carton that it arrived in. No need to tape the box back up, as UPS will do so.

If UPS is picking up the package from an address, the unopened wine must be in a shipper box, and UPS will do the rest of the heavy lifting (they will tape the box back up and attach the return label and have it returned back to our facility). 

When a "Call Tag" is created, UPS will attempt to pick up the next business day and will attempt three times. The Call Tag will contain a tracking number, like the one below, which will tell you when and if they have attempted the pickup.

CALL TAG: Thank you. Your return shipment has been processed.

If you prefer to bring the sealed package of unopened wine to any UPS service facility - we will print you a return label that you can attach to the package, free of charge.
